Neat little C#.NET2.0 open source program that will allow you to easily FTP screenshots and put the link in your clipboard in one keystroke. It supports custom automatic naming conventions and image editing software. It's a quick and easy way to send a screenshot to a friend via IM, IRC, etc. It's like a minimalist version of SnagIt.

Website Design Gone Bad - Frontpage and Dreamweaver Designers
There is a vast difference from a hand coded, professional grade website when compared to a website made in Dreamweaver or Frontage's design view. There is NO substitute for clean efficient code and proper design principles.

Web Designers vs. Flash (why most steer clear)
Flash is a wonderful invention. It has its uses, it benefits many people, and its fun. That's my disclaimer. Also, I'm not a very big fan myself for a few key reasons. That's what this post is about. I am not bagging on flash in any way, but for the most part I really feel it is simply not a practical move for most websites.
