Neat little C#.NET2.0 open source program that will allow you to easily FTP screenshots and put the link in your clipboard in one keystroke. It supports custom automatic naming conventions and image editing software. It's a quick and easy way to send a screenshot to a friend via IM, IRC, etc. It's like a minimalist version of SnagIt.

Web Designers vs. Flash (why most steer clear)

Flash is a wonderful invention. It has its uses, it benefits many people, and its fun. That's my disclaimer. Also, I'm not a very big fan myself for a few key reasons. That's what this post is about.
